Presentation
 

The Association is constituted under the name ASSOCIATION “NEURO-ENVIRONMENTAL REHABILITATION 21”, referred to as “NER21”, with the objective of assuming legal and corporate organization in the form of an association under article 60 of the Swiss Civil Code.

Goal
The purpose of the association is to promote and develop the approach “Neuro-Environmental Rehabilitation 21/NER 21” and to be a platform for professional and social exchange, for education and for research.
The association “NER21” recognizes the right to medical and social rehabilitation for persons with disabilities, as defined in Resolution 3447, article 6 of the UN Declaration of the Rights of the Handicapped Persons.

L’ASSOCIATION « NEURO-ENVIRONMENTAL REHABILITATION 21 », soit en abrégé « NER 21 » est une organisation à but idéal dotée de la personnalité juridique et organisée corporativement sous la forme d'une association au sens des articles 60 et suivants du Code Civil Suisse.

L’Association a pour but de promouvoir et développer l’approche «Neuro-Environmental Rehabilitation 21 / NER 21 » et d’être une plateforme d’échange professionnel, social, de formation et de recherche.
L’Association « NER21 » reconnaît le droit à la réadaptation / réhabilitation pour les personnes en situation de handicap tel que définit par la Résolution 3447 de la Déclaration des droits des personnes handicapées de l'Organisation des Nations Unies, art. 6.

Unter dem Namen ASSOCIATION « NEURO-ENVIRONMENTAL REHABILITATION 21 / NER 21 » besteht eine Vereinigung mit ideeller Zielsetzung in Form einer juristischen Person und kooperativ organisiert im Sinne von Artikel 60 und folgende des Schweizerischen Zivilgesetzbuches

Ziel
Die Vereinigung zu hat zum Ziel, das Konzept ”Neuro-Environmental Rehabilitation 21 / NER 21“ zu fördern und weiter entwickeln, sowie eine Plattform für beruflichen und sozialen Austausch, Ausbildung und Forschung zu sein.
Die Vereinigung ”NER21“ anerkennt das Recht auf Rehabilitation und Wiedereingliederung für alle Personen mit Behinderung, wie es in der Resolution 3447, Artikel 6, der Erklärung über die Rechte behinderter Personen der Vereinten Nationen definiert wird.
